His Experience
As Vice President of Professional Services & ESG at ECO Canada, Yogendra ("Yogi") leads the development and delivery of programs that empower Canada’s growing environment and sustainability workforce. A recognized sustainability thought leader and sustainability and ESG advisor, Yogi brings over 25 years of global experience spanning 20+ countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. His work integrates social accountability expertise with strategic insight and technical depth, supporting initiatives that drive meaningful, cross-sectoral impact. Holding a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and an MBA from the University of Alberta, he collaborates with government, industry, Indigenous partners, and professionals to advance practical, inclusive solutions. At ECO Canada, Yogi oversees Certification and Accreditation Programs, Corporate Training, ESG initiatives, and Indigenous-focused training and employment programs—strengthening sustainability across sectors.
